@NightFury I'm the same, it's so easy to judge ourselves on things like this. I have a sunflower lanyard that i wear that has a fidget thing on it called 'tangle' and it has a few other things on it, i do feel self conscious wearing it but at the same time it helps for me to have something in my hands constantly otherwise I can find myself using them negatively towards myself if that makes sense. 

Weighted blankets aren't for everyone, some can't stand them others find them comforting. Sometimes the weight of mine feels too restricting and I start panicking, other times it doesn't feel heavy enough and like I can't feel it. 

Think I'm just a bit special 😂

There are also weighted animals you can get which you place on your lap. They are also amazing to have.

Yes I've been wanting to get a weighted teddy for my lap, reckon it would be good when I'm doing my puzzles or painting.

So I'm trying to colour in my picture and I've got Casper trying to chew the end of my pencil. He is literally watching it move everytime I try to colour, then trying to grab the end of it 😂.

One of the two Maine C siblings I had the pleasure of being a cat Mum to, used to do something similar @Dreamy 

I would sit up and draw, and Odin would sit on the desk with me, swatting at the end of the pencil and trying to nom on it! It made drawing near impossible. Lol.
