Yes I know what you mean re notifications which Indi could be my personal assistant and type responses so I could multitask!

 

Nah no luck on the coin yet but it’s turned into a find, sort and clean mission - massive only have moments like this once or twice a year where top to toe things get sorted like this lol.

 

I think the coffee is wearing off so I think I’ll be in bed soon.

Aww every other level being good is amazing!! My Vitamin D is always low, so you're not alone there. Something I am learning is that our bodies are very adaptable and strong, more than we may realise. So I have faith that you are able to shift where your insulin is at. 💖

Oh you absolutely should look into the guided recovery program!! I think that's a great idea.

Hello @AuntGlow, today's been weird. Feeling very out of it, i went for a nap before and woke up feeling very shaky. Just laying in bed now while I calm myself down before having to get up and go to the shops. 

 

It would just be really helpful to have some support at the moment and I've been told about it by several people who have had good experiences with it.

Today is going well, I am finishing up soon and will head to hot pilates.

@AuntGlow I'm feeling ok, still very tired though. Anxious feelings have sort of crept in at the moment but I'm keeping myself busy with my puzzle, music and Casper cuddles. 

 

I shall see if I can make a phone call on Monday and go from there. Phone calls are my enemy though 😂.

I'm doing ok but sitting with alot of anxiety tonight. I'm sitting in my bed now with my music and Casper.

Hello @Chasingsunsets, I keep missing posts, I do apologise. 

 

Today was another warm day here but then we had thunderstorms, it's nice and cool now. I ended up having a nap a bit after lunch today, the heat really does take it out of me. 

 

I get in those moods occasionally where I go crazy with cleaning but usually it's only my pantry that gets a full clean out 😂.

It sounds like you're doing a great job sitting with the anxiety. You have your best buddy beside you.  How's the puzzle coming along?

Tired. I worked for hours last night on my assignment draft, then had a call with student support who helped me edit and finish my good copy. I worked for two hours on it again tonight. I've now got to create a powerpoint presentation and video myself presenting it. Which, will be a weekend job. 

 

I'm also struggling with the early work mornings, but my body will hopefully re-adjust to that. 

 

I'm also processing. I think I want to talk to my psychologist next week about the fact that...I think I might have OCD...it feels vulnerable.
