It's been hard to be transparent and honest. The way I feel about the forum has been with me for many weeks. I didn't have the right words to say, and I certainly didn't want to tread on people's feelings. Probably not recognised by anyone, I've ignored a couple of people who have insulted or invalidated me previously, so my forum world has shrunk. I also don't like interrupting conversation flows, preferring to stay in the background and support from the sidelines.

I miss so many wonderful people that have left that made the forum a really special place to be. That's not to say that the members here right now aren't special. Everyone is in their own unique way. The dynamics have changed a lot in the last 6 umonths, and I'm still feeling the impacts. I've not yet felt comfortable in my engagements with newish members. I really feel my role as a CG is lacking terribly.

A project or goal to move us forward sounds great. You're good at that stuff so I'm leaving that with you.

@Sans911 your so similar to me, its quite scary. Maybe you are a long lost sister.. they say we all have a twin somewhere in the world and i think i found mine!

Your still doing a great job of being CG but you doubt yourself and the reasons above like the lack of engagement and missing people and changing dynamics arent easy to adjust to so of course it would be affecting you not only as cg but 'you' in general.

@Faith-and-Hope has given the first project/activity for tomorrow. Lets hope this will bring back things huh.
