I know what it feels like when you are overwhelmed and don’t even know why.
This won’t help get through tonight but it might help later. I’ve done a few in the last few weeks and it’s helped heaps. It’s kind of like journaling but with way less emotion because you do it quickly. It’s helped me to see where all the overwhelming parts are and then you get a chance to prioritise and work on them. I’ve mostly been doing it for appointments but it’s helped just being able to see a bit more clearly. I’m not sure when your headspace appointment is but it might help you talk about things.
Today I was getting really stressed about things and I made one to take to my psych appointment next week. It helped to dump everything in an easy way. Now I have something to talk through. I don’t tend to get as caught up with things doing it this way and it helps me work out what is really causing my distress and stress. I hope this helps.

Hi @Sans911. Sorry it took a while to get back. Son just came in and we chatted. He’s just been accepted to do something very exciting in Nepal. Not sure if he can do it yet financially though.

How exciting an opportunity. Perhaps he could set up a Go Fund Me page to raise money. Or see if the organisers have any ideas or resources. Nice to hear from you. No need to be sorry. We all have lives outside the forums

When I take him outside for a walk he often digs a hole and goes. So I'm going to try to stick the sample pot under his butt lol! It could get interesting haha

It is just a mind map @outlander. I find the apps you can get are pretty easy to use and I don’t get carried away when I make mistakes. I can also copy and paste parts into new ones. I know you are pretty good with pen and paper and you can do it that way too. Sorry for the pics but I found this the other day which was poignant although at the time I didn’t want to know :face_with_rolling_eyes:😳
