Hi @Teej
Theres really no reason to apologise
Things really are overwhelming and too much, even the small stuff lately. Taking it day by day is a good idea, and something ive been trying to do but even day by day its overwhelming. I feels suffocating and it actually affects my breathing so im having to remind myself to at least take a few breaths here and there. I kinda have to look abit ahead as i need to organise some nursing/home care for Jaunuary/February but ill try my best to come back to the now as much as possible.
i very much get the falling into a mess, its something im trying to prevent from happening as we speak. Can i ask how you learnt not to let those curveballs take you out?
i can see youve made some improvements already since i first met you for sure!
Im actually happy with my therapist through headspace but its really limited. When i can get rhe care plan next yr itll be better and not trying to fit everything into 2 sessions. ive been stalling to attend the last session as i know there will be a few months wait. Do you ever get to the stage where you arent sure about doing counselling anymore? I know its suppose to help and all and next year the plan was to start trauma therapy but i question whether going at all is the right choice. maybe its just how im feeling at the moment, im just.. i dont know... 'ehh'......
Today wasnt that good either, i found out a few things that were rather hurtful so just having to sit with that too.
Thanks for caring and checking in
_sorry had to edit something, no need to respond of course, something just wasnt making sense in the post to anyone who is reading.

@outlander Yeah it is hard isn't it .... hmmm I try not to over think it or it would do my head in. If it means anything I think you do really well. You are studying, look after your pop, baby sit your sisters, look after the horses. PLUS you have a mi which you have been trying to get help with since and before I started on the forums.
You are doing well outlander, just believe in yourself 🙂
