Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Its just the regualr stuff sis @Sans911

Hows your night going? What was your day like?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I haven't been that busy today. I had my last dbt review course. It's a half hour drive each way, so I'm glad I won't have to do that any more.

I'm just watching a garden show on Netflix. The boys are both asleep on their spots on the bed.

I'm trying to flip my anniversary trigger, and I think I might be able to do it. My psychologist suggested to try it and my support worker has agreed. She's suggested to turn it into a an achievement of getting through this year. She's going to make me a cheesecake, one of my favourite desserts. I also have a volunteer event on that day, so that is a protective mechanism.

Oh, I nearly forgot. I saw my GP this morning and I have a certificate to return to work. It's now up to the agency to help me make it happen.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Wow @Sans911
Theres lots of positive things in that post.

Flipping your aniversary date and having some nice things in that day sounds like a better way to spend it. I do hope it works well even if itll still be tough.

Getting back to work in some compacity sounds good. Hopefully the agency will be understanding and helpful.
How are you feeling about trying to get back in the workforce?
