Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Morning lil Sis @outlander

It was very late your way, so I wasn't surprised that you didn't respond. Did you sleep any better last night? How are you feeling today?

I'm just having a quiet, home day. I need to attend to lots of emails, some house chores, and listing some more things for sale. I might go for round 3 of sleep yet as I'm pretty tired still despite sleeping enough hours, it never feels like enough.

Morning to @Zoe7

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Hi @Sans911 I am having a quiet day here also - put some things away and chillin' now with my little fluffball on the couch. Still have more that needs to be done but there is no rush. Might have a nap myself this afternoon Smiley Tongue

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Hello my lovely. How are you. 💜 ❤️ 💙 @Snowie

I've pretty much got nothing done today as I've been fighting sleepiness all day. It's likely to be my meds doing it as this is not the first time. I've done one email.

I'm not too bothered as I've not got a lot on tomorrow so it can wait until then. Or a bit tonight.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I am going ok @Sans911

A nothing day sounds alright hun, we all need those at times. You probably more since you have been so busy lately.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I still feel guilty about it @Snowie

I feel like I should be doing more, I've never been one to rest up much. Sometimes I feel like I use my mental illness as an excuse to be lazy and unmotivated and really all I need to do is give myself a swift kick. But then again, I know this depression has been very debilitating and contracted. I had so much energy last year that I think it's all come to a grinding halt this year

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I can understand that guilt hun. It is so hard to motivate ourselves at times to do things, to get out of the house. However perhaps think of all you have accomplished @Sans911 with your volunteer work and your walking groups. I read about all that you do and think you are doing a great job of keeping yourself motivated and doing extremely worthwhile things. But we are always harder on ouselves...

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Morning @Snowie and thank you. The volunteer work is very sustaining and satisfying. I don't often realise how much I'm doing because for me it's enjoyable s

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Morning @Sans911 I am glad the volunteer work is sustaining and you seem to enjoy it alot. You always seem out and about doing things.

What plans have you got for this weekend?

We have got an extra long weekend here with Tuesday being a public holiday for the Melbourne Cup. So the kids have got Monday off school too.
