I like that @Faith-and-Hope - 'noting' the day. It's a nice way of looking at it. I saw something this morning written by an indigenous group and I really liked what they said. That no matter what the day or date or name ends up being, support indigenous people regardless. I think we have a very, very long way to go before each culture truly understands each other.

Did you get any sleep? I had a very broken nights sleep. I was just going back to sleep when I got a phone call at 5am from my neighbour. His dog was unable to walk, and he needed me to pick them up. They weren't far away. Couldn't really get back to sleep after that. The dog is a little better now, so will hold off from taking her to the vets. She has Addison's disease, so it's likely a progression of that.

Anyway up now having coffee no 3😳

Just been up the supermarket and it was really busy. Don't like going up when it is busy but needed some essentials. Glad that part of the day is over.
