Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Yeh, I did hun. A long post I really don't feel like writing it all again. I tagged you and usual people like @Zoe7. It's now disappeared. But the forum is almost silent as hardly anyone is chatting.

Hi @Sans911

I think my feed is missing the odd post.  I am going into a thread occasionally and finding one I didn’t receive a tag for, but it dorsxnr seem to be a lot of them.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

It's so damn annoying when you write a long post and it gets 'lost'. I can't find it anywhere @Faith-and-Hope

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

It sucks @Sans911  .....

HVe you checked to see whether it saved as a draft ?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I haven’t lost one like that for a while @Sans911 , but when I have I sometimes found most of it had auto-saved in my profile pages.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

It obviously won't be quite the same, but I'll try again. Only cause my Lil Sis asked so nicely 😊

So the op shop was quite this afternoon. I enjoyed it. I like the fact my brain is engaged in something else besides my mi thoughts. It's my respite.

I had 7 for my essential oils workshop, but I didn't enjoy myself for several reasons. Two ladies who were friends came with their pre teen daughters. The two women talked a lot together, which I thought was pretty rude. Their daughters weren't any better, and I don't really cater my talk for children, so perhaps a lot of it went over their heads. Whatever it was, they were soon bored, and started playing up. So I cut short my educational session just so I could give them something to do. At one point the young girls were mocking the way I spoke and what I said. They made up some products, then they asked to make another. I had to say no, because even though they paid a small amount for materials, that wasn't enough really to cover what they initially used. Hence it wouldn't cover making more. And I was trying to help two other lovely, patient and kind women who were very nice to me. I held the workshop in a room off the cafe I used, and the music was very loud. Despite me asking several times to have ut turned down, the cafe staff didn't bother. So I'm pretty disappointed really as I had invested time, energy and money into the workshop. Everyone said they enjoyed themselves. I only wish that I enjoyed it too.

@outlander @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope : yes I have checked profile page, drafts, etc hun. Nada

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

That is disappointing about your workshop @Sans911 but nice of those 2 women to have patience and be so lovely to you - makes up a little for the rude people but still doesn't make it a pleasant experience for you.

I am getting tags - just been off forum for a while so not seeing them until now.
