got up at least once for a while @Meowmy  had 6hrs maybe so will be napping later. went to gym took like 5 goes to open door ha ha then to work out had to turn treadmills on etc  did next to nothing and am sore . be lucky if was there 10 mins lol

Hope you slept okay. so now gym visit cost me $150, have to keep going to get it down to less per visit lol going to have few days off  and walk then try HIIT lol
