I think that brand has traces of soy and egg in it. Its very hard to find carob that is free of those things these days. But I can say I have eaten it before - it tastes good but with my thyroid I can't have it anymore. Enjoy your block of 'chocckie' @Glisten. I'm about to have dinner then turn in for the night. To be honest, I don't mind carob. But my favourite is Margaret River Chocolate Co's dark chocolate.
