would of loved to see him run isle of mann, there's a video he has a professional rally driver mate in a worked bmw station wagon get up to mischief with him that's next level none given! didn't know was a prince, it adds up though.
Some Dakar type bikes are pretty capable and able to hold highway distances as easily as trails im not sure if thats your reference to adventure bikes @TAB but they are pricey at the top end ;
ultimately going to be restricted by tyres on either surface aye the roadtrails arent designed for pushing hard either way, nothing like a full knobby on trail , some fun on wet tar too but as untrustable as a slick in mud hahaha
