yeh saw it before.. i thought i'd only sheared the wheel off, so i got some knead-it ready then realised it doesn't spin.. glued it on anyhow.

i'll try open it at some stage and see whst happened to the bearing, had some cap i couldn;t get off.

yer, been on puter for 2.5hrs now ffs. too close to lunch to get scripts. may stay indoors today. got nothing want to eat ok left overs , weetbix and pkt soups if get desperate lol

yeah, staying home.got call from hosp got operation in 6weeks now cardio ablation this time after 3 failed cardio versions ha ha got told was 12mths wait for op and some said could take way longer.. anyhoo
