I made it to the supermarket this morning. Went for a few things and came home with a trolley full!!

I know where all my money goes, and that won't even last for a week

Feeding your growing lad @Snowie I remember those days and now my 2 eldest grandsons eat me out of house and home!!!

I normally write a list and try and stick to it @Eve7 

This morning I left it at home 🤦‍♀️

I went to the farmers market on Saturday morning sand spent half what I spend at the supermarket @Snowie

We do have fruit shops around us @Eve7 that sell local produce.

It is a bit more expensive but lasts a lot longer than store brought. I normally go buy that.

I try to buy from the butcher, baker and markets @Snowie . It costs a bit more but in the long run I spend less without spending on the things strategically placed in every aisle . Also, the quality is way better.

I do try to buy local @Eve7 if it isn't too expensive.

With a few mouths to feed it does add up.

Sitting on the couch in a houseful of silence. Even the dog has deserted me.
