I am knitting a scarf for gd2 who has just turns 8! Nice and easy in her footy team colours @Snowie 

Ive had really bad fish n chips…you’re lucky.

I've never really been a knitter. Can sew, but not knit.

I’m the opposite, not much good at sewing but I enjoy knitting @Snowie

This afternoon I saw my old next door neighbour. He came by for a visit. We were neighbours with him and his wife for about 19 years. Lovely couple.

He told us his wife had passed away about a month ago. She was diagnosed with cancer, 7 days later she passed. He wants to spread her ashes at his old house (we live on some land so it's not like it would be near the house). Those were her wishes.

Luckily our neighours now are really nice and are going to let him.

Sometimes life can be so short. What I am feeling today doesn't even seem like it matters now. Others are hurting so much more.

He just makes it that little easier. Gives me time to breathe. Makes me accountable.

Not for a few hours @Eve7 He worked today and now has gone to our neighbours house to continue work on their bathroom.
