I am ok @Snowie Been to the pool today. I did 30 minutes of walking instead of all my exercises - I was late getting there and knew a larger group would be there at 1pm so I didn't have a full hour to do them all. The walking was good for me though.
I have a full day tomorrow - DBT then my first psychologist appointment with the psych that takes DBT - she is seeing me for 3 weeks while my GP and pdoc are away.
How are you going?

Good that you got to the pool @Zoe7.
I hope tomorrow goes well with the psych. At least you will have that support there whilst your normal supports are going to be away.
I am going okish, still having lots of flashbacks at the moment which have been exhausting. Went and got a tattoo today on my arm that I had been wanting for ages.

That is awesome @Snowie - wish you could share it Hon ![]()
I am still designing mine for when I get back to work and can afford it. I know the general design but still working on the wings.
Flashbacks suck - had a few of those this last week myself and always when I try to sleep - had a couple of nights back on couch island. How are you sleeping when you finally do get to sleep?

The tattoo is snowflakes @Zoe7!!
Nights have been ok, my meds help me to sleep and help with the nightmares.
It is the days which have been worse lately, when the flashbacks have been occuring.
They will pass in time, I just have to ride it out for now and perhaps speak to my psych about why they seem to be more then normal lately.

Oh snowflakes - each one is individual @Snowie ![]()
I find it easier to deal with the flashbacks during the day than at night - mainly I think because night is when I have most of the fear and flashbacks stop me from sleeping.
It's a good idea to talk to your psych about what is going on for you - hope they can help you with some strategies to deal with the flashbacks a bit better. I think DBT has helped me a little to deal with them and definitely the meds have helped.
