The little one is in bed saying she cant sleep cause she has a headache and isnt helping my anxiety out. Hopefully she will be asleep soon (usually 10pm is the latest she lasts) cause she cant have anymore pain meds till 1130 now.
The other is doing school work in the lounge room. She will go to bed soon when shes finished.

I'm just watching modern family now. Its ok you and everyone has helped me get through today so far so thank you @Lee82

Thank you, It has been a really hard day @Eve7 im tired but i also am to scared to sleep because of it. I prob wont sleep till the littlest one is settled or at least till mums home to take care of her. I think she will be asleep soon though.

Well an hour and half to go babe and then you can relax and look after you. That is a lot of responsibility to put someone so young hun I wish you had some more help with everything. You deserve it. If I could I would come over and help out as much as I could. But I am glad to hear we have been helping you a little @outlander. words are all we have here and hope that you will be ok babe.

Littlest ones asleep for past 20 minutes. Hopefully she stays asleep now. Mums partner is actually home at 1030 so ill be home about 11 instead of midnight now thankfully.
Im sure he can give her pain med if she wakes up and needs it but i know she wont ask him if hes in bed but im trying to put it out of my mind. Mum will be home about 1130 maybe abit sooner so its only an hour.

She will be fine for a little while babe. It's only a headache. If she has just fallen asleep I'm sure she will stay asleep for a while before waking up again. You are so sweet for being so concerned about your little sis @outlander

Yeah i think she will be @Lee82 i just have health anxiety which is most predominent when it comes to the kids. It stems from previous traumas and having to work out ways to be protective (plus during one trauma i couldnt protect her) so its like i over reactive to everything now.

im back home now, I think I just need to be distracted till 1130 when I know mum is home. im going to see about having a shower
