do you have a psychologist you regularly see? If not perhaps you should look into maybe trying to get to see one. I think I have read before that you feel like they don't help but perhaps you just haven't had the right one. Even if you see them a couple times just to have someone trained to help with this sort of thing. Someone that can maybe help with your thoughts and help to retrain your thoughts. It does take a very long time babe before anything starts to feel any different and it also takes a lot of personal work but I know you are more than capable of doing that cause you are a smart and determined person . You are also strong willed and strong minded.

I don't see a psychologist in person atm @Lee82 I have an online counsellor who I can speak with on a weekly basis when I log on to there. I don't talk about the abuse though. I tried today but I cant talk on the phone. the counsellor who i spoke with once before will be on through the week so might connect with them. i dont know yet though.
