@outlander @Snowie @Sans911 @Kurra @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member  and everyone went for two walks today. one by the bay and another was a bush walk which was lovely :D.  How is everyone going tonight? I really hope you are all well and enjoying the autumn sunny weather :)xxx

I done a few special things from me and the girls for mums birthday though like deliveries and went over for dinner.
I managed one small piece of boneless chicken wing and a very small piece of cake but Im starting to feel sick again. before now I hadn't had anything for nearly 24 hrs except for sips of water.
ive brought a lactose free milk to try in my tea tonight just to see how it goes like the dr suggested.
had about 3 hours sleep though but was up again at 5 making up a few orders I had come in late last night and this morning. some didn't get picked up like planned but hopefully they'll get picked up tomorrow though.

Hard day here too. Had an argument with H this morning (well he talked I just sat there). Guess he let some steam off as he is better tonight.

Hopefully the lactose free milk helps you.

@Snowie  Thanks Snowie sorry you had problems with H but glad that is has been resolved?  I have son2 rabbiting on atm about the Show Fat Pizza he loves it it is quoting it word for word (it is his autism they can remember such things).
