What did you do today?

Its been quite busy @Mazarita done some cleaning, had an appt earlier, watched sisters and sold my car as well. Ive another to look at tomorrow morning.


What did you get up to?

Sounds okay, @outlander. Good to keep busy in a way, though I know it's not easy for you.

I went to art group and then visited my close friend again. Out on the buses to get there. Her brother, who she lives with, drove me home. It's about 10 minutes by car from here. About 45 minutes by bus, lol, but I don't mind the bus ride anyway. I'm glad to be getting to know her brother better on the short drives home occasionally.

I'm really almost falling asleep here. The most recent new med, coupled with a drowsy-making anti-histamine the psychiatrist has suggested I take again - they're making me very tired at night now. Might even get to bed before the pumpkin hour tonight, maybe earlier. If I drop out, I've basically face-planted.

Sounds like a good but busy day @Mazarita it also sounds like your sleep ia getting better too which is great. Hopefully it stays that way too.

I've just got myself a snack, @outlander -  a piece of fresh white bread toast, with sesame seeds, from the bakery. Fine scraping of vegemite. It's the crust too so lots of sesame seeds, yum. This might keep me awake for a while longer.

Sounds good that you are looking at another car tomorrow and that you have sold yours.
