Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

i forget about the time difference sometimes. i only had dinner an hr ago which made me feel even worse unfortunatly. just waiting at the drs, i think one of my wounds i got yesterday are getting infected. im next in line thankfully as they close at 1030 and i dont like being here after they start locking doors. theres a few people after me though so thats ok. @Sans911

i find i cant adjust to the heat. we often have very hot summers here but anything over 18 (unless theres a cold breeze) starts to make me feel quite hot.
do you get really hot even when its not really that hot?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I'm late to have dinner but I was busy, and I needed a break, so that's why I didn't eat until after 7. Normally I eat anytime between 5:30 and 6:30.

The bit about being hot is hard for me to answer as I'm menopausal. So I have a wonky thermostat now regardless of the temp. But generally, yes, I warm up very quickly.

Hopefully you'll be seen real soon @outlander and that your wounds not too bad.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Im just getting home. They had to debride one of the bigger wounds that i thought id cleaned out properly and a blister is worse than i thought. Struggled to stop shaking down at the clinic, stll abit shaky now. Hopefully will settle soon. @Sans911

Mm yes hormones are fun arent they :face_with_rolling_eyes:🤦‍♀️

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Oh dear lil Sis @outlander that's no good. Make yourself a cup of tea and try to calm yourself. I'm still here with you 💕💕💕

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I tried to take some pain relief as thats where some of the shakings coming from but it come back up so have to wait 4 hrs now @Sans911 stupid body.
Im making a tea niw though to start with. Would you like a milo?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Can you take anything different for pain @outlander? What about a heat pack on your neck or tummy just to feel warm and calm? You could also use some lavender on your pulse points (wrists, back of your knees or your temples) to help calm you.

When you feel able, a Milo would be nice. But I can make myself one too.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

No its ok its settled abit more now sis. Have the heatpack already too for tummy. Thanks for being here.

Milo for you @Sans911 and a hug for Mr A
