Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Catch up with my friend was OK but too much time has passed and there is something lost between us. I still like her a lot but I don't have the same connection now. She mostly talked about herself which I didn't mind too much. It was good to share some memories but she doesn't know of the few times that she really hurt my feelings. I'll never tell her but I'll never forget either. Friends are hard work

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Thats understandable @Sans911 friendships can definitely be really tricky

What have u got planned for the rest of your day?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I'm about to get kicked out of the cafe as it's closing soon. I wanted to have local fish and chips tonight but I'm not hungry yet. And there isn't really anything else open or to do in the town. So not sure yet whether to go back to the farm stay or hang around.

I don't have much to pack, and I did a bit today, so I can leave in the morning while it's still cool.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Aw does that mean your about to go offline too?
@Sans911
Any chance of getting somw pics of the local area to share?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I might be able to post some @outlander but need to be careful as this area is easily recognised. I'll see what I can find.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

maybe you could take pics and then wait until your home to post them? @Sans911 at least it wouldn't be to identifying then?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I've just moved to the local McDonald's for a little while longer @outlander. Luckily I have a jacket because it's not very warm.

Yes, I though about posting them next week too. I'm going to read the paper for a bit, chat to you and then head back to my accommodation. I'm very tired right now but I miss talking to you

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

its hot here and even hotter tomorrow 🥵🥵 not looking forward to it that's for sure!
im watching rabbit proof fence atm but ive just signed up for 10play and want to catch up on the 'one born every minute australia' tv series but ill prob watch that abit later in bed after a shower.

will you be grabbing some dinner while your at McDonalds? coffee or something?

I miss talking to you too but im glad you've been having a nice time on holiday and catching up with people too.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Rabbit Proof Fence is a great movie @outlander. Very apt atm.

I've eaten here a few times this week or had coffee. I think the fish and chips is starting to appeal.

It's very noisy here so I'm not going to be able to tolerate it for long. There's TV's on, the beeping of machines, people talking, etc.im not very comfortable

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

ive seen the movie heaps of times that's for sure @Sans911 its pretty good. the horse that the tracker rides actually looks like one of my old horses- definently not but similar.

ah yes the noisiness can be overwhelming esp at meal times. is there a fish and chip shop open you could venture to before going to the farm stay?
