Was feeling much better today, but I mowed the front lawn which was really not a good idea cause my body was already struggling and I made it much worse. I’ve had really bad postural hypotension all day. 

Something I have to get use to @Eve7  I was stupid and said too much.

Ive been caught up with uni work this evening so I missed your earlier response. Just trying to finish the weekly practice quiz before the real one tomorrow morning.

It's good that you got out of the house yesterday but not good that you over did it.

I hope today goes a little better for you hon and you're on the road to recovery. Kids are so nice and like sharing everything with us!!

physically I am feeling better today but my mh is really not ok. Sinking further into deep depression. Suppose to see pdoc again tomorrow. Not sure about it all though. Really not in a good way. SW seems to be away today too

Stupid tears. I don’t even want to cry. I don’t even know why I am crying. I’m more angry than anything else. So much anger inside yet here I am trying to fight back the tears

oh @Bow I'm sorry to hear about your MH hon and also your SW. That wouldn't help.

Have you made a decision about pdoc tomorrow or just going to see how you are in the morning?

Sometimes having a good cry helps, but I know at times it's not helpful either, especially when there are others around. There are times where I've cried but don't know why too. Sometimes it can be the littlest thing that sets us of too.

Nothing wrong with tears @Bow I often have them when I don’t mean to.

I just went shopping at Harbourtown. Just Jeans had jumpers for $18 reduced from $90! So I bought 3!!!

Did I tell you I’m going to Europe next year?

It’s all pretty shitty @Snowie  if I’m around I’ll have to go. I already have to deal with not attending my psychologist appointment from last week. I’ll be in everyone’s bad books if I don’t go tomorrow 😩 hopefully my SW is at work. 

I just hate crying. It’s pointless.
