Yep shopping at 9am is super overstimulating @Snowie @but oh well. 

Went to arts and craft and we finished off our heat packs. 

now I’m in bed. 

im still unsure what to do about this medical issue I have. There wasn’t a moment to talk to my SW today. But she is doing a home visit tomorrow. So maybe then?   But I am so embarrassed

Feeling incredibly trapped with no other way out

I’m heaps exhausted @Jynx and feeling lots hopeless. 
did groceries this morning and then went to arts and craft and finished off my heat pack. Wasn’t really the opportunity to talk to my SW about what’s happening. Too busy. 

but I just feel heaps low tonight. Hopeless. No way out of this terrible mess I’ve made. It’s all my fault.

Ach that sucks re: not being able to chat w your SW properly @Bow - I know for me this can sometimes mean that the stuff I was going to say just ends up rolling around in my brain. Very annoying. 

I'm sorry tonight is so bleh. Anything to look forward to for tomorrow?

Nothing tomorrow really. SW is suppose to be doing a home visit @Jynx

We generally just chat @Jynx long list of things to check in around usually. I need to work up the courage to tell her what’s been going on, just don’t know if I can do it
