Well that’s done for another 12mths @Snowie  I was mostly honest. I had to be weighed…. Asked if I could avoid it but she said nope, needs to be done for my ED care plan. She said just don’t look when on the scales. But then I see it on the care plan 😩🤷🏼‍♀️ she is very thorough though. Reminded me again to book in to have my boobs squashed and asked again about the wait list for the colonoscopy. My blood pressure was super low too. No wonder I feel so crummy today. But she didn’t actually comment on it, I just seen it when I had to do my squats? (something else I gotta do for the ED plan)? 
but bloods done ✔️ that made me really queasy prob from low blood pressure. 

now I’m sat on the couch listening to the cat snore in my ear

@Jynx  ….. that tag I made for my journal book that just randomly disappeared and I search everywhere for it, pulled out all my journal stuff, pulled the couch out, looked under the coffee table and was adamant the dog took it and ate it. Yep, it just randomly reappeared last night as mysterious as it disappeared. Right. There. On. The. Couch. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Extra well done for getting your bloods done too. Be proud of what you accomplished this morning.

Just cleaned bathrooms and vacuumed half the house. Got washing done and ironing too. Sitting down having some lunch before I tackle the rest of the house.

I like the feeling of a clean house, I just don't like doing it!!

With S on holidays, we have to do his bedroom one day. Got lots in there that we can donate. But that's for another day.

hey @Eve7 how was the Bundaberg trip? i don't think i've been there before! what'd you get up to there? hoping the traffic wasn't too chaotic for the rest of the drive!

@Snowie was it Aus politics? or international? the news has been a bit heavy lately hey. hope you're taking it easy.

ohh yes that makes sense with houses far apart. i went trick-or-treating a few times when i was young but that's about it. i'm not a fan of candy so it was a bit of waste collecting those lollies. i've been seeing a lot of fun halloween decorations around kmart and big w so i am a bit tempted to decorate! also, i feel like i read you were travelling soon? was it to japan?

@Bow my friend's getting engaged there so i'm visiting her and also having a lil holiday! do you have any recommendations for places to visit in gold coast / surfers paradise areas? 

hope the gp appt went okay today! how's all the furbabies going? and how's your crafts going?

Trip was good @rav3n  I was mainly at a sporting event but did some touristy things as well out to Elliott Heads which is beautiful. I also did a tour of the Bundaberg rum distillery and picked strawberries at a local farm.

Ive just arrived home after slowest part of the journey, 2 hours for last 100kms. Petrol at home is $1.55!!! Yippee!!

Traffic was typical for school holidays…busy and I was breathalysed twice yesterday within an hour!

It is both Aus and international politics @rav3n Most are debates between different political parties. Very interesting how politics can differ between countries. How passionate some are too.

I've seen all the Halloween decorations around. Didn't even realise it was coming up.

We are hoping to go to Japan early next year. Just depends on finances. We need to sell a house first. Hopefully that will happen in the next few weeks.

@Eve7 i just reached up Elliot Heads and the beaches look gorgeoussss! ooo rum distillery sounds like fun to visit too! 

yay for 1.55!! lil reward for surviving the long drive!! keep forgetting school holiday is already here, but also getting breath analysed twice on a weekday is surprising to me haha. do you have plans for the rest of the week?

@Snowie i've been watching some clips here and there, it is quite interesting to watch! 

i feel like aug/sept flew by quite fast. ohh sounds like a busy time for you, got my fingers crossed that the sale goes through okay. how are you feeling about selling it? are you still planning to go with the same group of people as before?
