I've just taken my meds and turned the lights out. I can talk for a little bit longer, but I'll probably put in a talking story soon from the Calm app to help me sleep. I only slept a few hours last night. Long story, but I had no medication.

@HakunaKhunz are you still around? Feel free to join in here anytime. Outlander and I sometimes chat here in the evening or sometimes we are on a couple of other threads. But anyone is more than welcome to join us. There are often other forum members who stop by from time to time, but there is nowhere that you can't go.
